School ICT Services Ltd is delighted to announce that we have been awarded ‘SIMS Accredited Support Team’ status by Capita, providers of the SIMS software. The award follows a comprehensive review of our systems, processes and procedures by Capita together with an all important survey of our existing customers who were asked to rate various elements of our service.

We are delighted to have gained Full Accreditation status at such an early stage in the development of our company. This award officially recognises the quality of our entire SIMS support and training service together with the high level of experience and knowledge held within our support team. More importantly, it highlights the attention that everyone at School ICT Services places on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
