Arbor Maintaining the Timetable and Course Structures
Course Objectives
The course will cover creating a simple course structure, maintaining the timetable throughout the year with staffing/permanent room changes, administering subject carousels, and exploring the use of Interventions as an alternative curriculum.
Target Audience
The course is aimed at new data managers or support staff new to Arbor that are involved in the day-to-day maintenance of the timetable in Arbor.
This course will be delivered live via a Teams meeting. The meeting link will be emailed to the delegate ahead of the course.
Please Note: AI recorders and not permitted and will be removed from the meeting.
Pre Requisites
- A stable internet connection.
- 2 Screens are desirable (1 for Teams meeting and 1 for Arbor).
- A headset or speaker are essential so that delegates can hear the trainer.
- A microphone and a camera are desirable but not essential. Delegates can also use the chat function in Teams to ask any questions they may have.
- Courses are delivered live. Delegates must be on time and available undisturbed for the duration of the course. If courses are scheduled for multiple days, you must be available for all dates/times to complete the course.
- Courses are recorded for observation and quality control only.
Our training sessions come in two formats: demonstration and interactive. For interactive sessions, participants will use a training database. Your trainer will inform you of the format for your chosen course and provide login details if necessary, before the course begins.
Please Note: we have a strict policy concerning maximum numbers of delegates on each course. Each delegate must book a separate place and will receive an individual Teams meeting link. Please do not share the meeting link or invite other colleagues to the course. A charge will be applicable for any additional delegates.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, timely communication regarding course cancellations is crucial for effective course planning and resource allocation.
For cancellations made by the school/delegate within two weeks (fourteen days) of the course start date, we reserve the right to charge the full course fee.
If schools have prepaid for the course and cancel within two weeks (fourteen days) of the course start date, we reserve the right to withhold refunds for the cost of the booking.
How to Cancel:

Please note: It may occasionally be necessary to cancel courses if the minimum number of delegates is not met. Where a training course is cancelled, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or provide a full refund if a suitable alternative cannot be found.
