Since we moved our support a few short years ago to School ICT for primarily money-saving reasons, we have not looked back. Clearly saving money is always a bonus to any school at any time but this company have revolutionised how our SIMS system is supported - when needed, the support is delivered as if you are the most important client, your problem is their priority, and they understand the stresses issues can create for those involved. The School ICT team are always happy to help and will resolve the problem with the least amount of fuss or drama. Many thanks for the Examination Organiser training course, it was great. I find your company absolutely brilliant. As I mentioned previously, our exams and data manager is off on maternity and it quickly became apparent how little we had in the way of a back up.
