Data Leadership – Managing Change in School Data and Systems
Following on from our previous data webinar, we wanted to continue building the data community and create another opportunity to share experiences, questions and practical approaches.
This session will focus on managing change in schools and trusts. That might be a move to a new MIS, a change in module, a new process, a change in policy or a wider shift in how data is collected, used and understood.
Change can often feel like a system issue, but in reality it usually affects people, processes, confidence and decision-making. The aim of this session is to explore how schools can plan for change, reduce risk, bring people with them and make sure the data remains accurate, useful and trusted throughout.
