Target audience

Delegates MUST have a good knowledge of course manager and preferably have completed the “Course Manager” course.

This course will be delivered live via a Teams meeting.  The meeting link will be emailed to the delegate ahead of the course.

Please Note: AI recorders and not permitted and will be removed from the meeting.

Pre-requisites

Please make sure you have the below pre-requisites ready for use on the day of the training:

  •  A stable internet connection.
  • 2 Screens are desirable (1 for Teams meeting and 1 for our training platform or your own SIMS).
  • A headset or speaker are essential so that delegates can hear the trainer.
  • A microphone and a camera are desirable but not essential. Delegates can also use the chat function in Teams to ask any questions they may have.
  • Courses are delivered live. Delegates must be on time and available undisturbed for the duration of the course. If courses are scheduled for multiple days, you must be available for all dates/times to complete the course.
  • Courses are recorded for observation and quality control only.

Some of our courses are available with the use of our own School ICT training database, others focus on your own live data using your own SIMS database, in which case we will need to set up a remote access connection.  One of our consultants will contact you prior to the training to make sure you can access the relevant method of practice.

Please Note: Delegates can choose if they would prefer, to view the course rather than actively participating using the training database (if applicable).

Please Note: we have a strict policy concerning maximum numbers of delegates on each course.  Each delegate must book a separate place and will receive an individual Teams meeting link.  Please do not share the meeting link or invite other colleagues to the course.  A charge will be applicable for any additional delegates.
