Turn IT On MIS Announcement

Dear Colleague,

You may know that in a drive to deliver a more comprehensive service, School ICT Services (a respected name in MIS support) was acquired by turn IT on in December 2022 and is now part of the Transforming Learning Group.

The turn IT on MIS team has been working successfully with School ICT Services for some time while we managed the transition. Both teams have now been brought together under the School ICT Services brand to form one cohesive MIS team, delivering full MIS and tech/data support to all our school clients.

What does this mean for you as a TIO customer?

Starting April 1, 2025, your MIS support team will officially transition from the turn IT on name to School ICT Services. You may see this change reflected in email addresses and other communications, but your day-to-day experience will remain largely the same. This change will also grant you access to the dedicated School ICT MIS portal.

What the School ICT MIS Portal Offers:

Comprehensive Knowledge Base – Access detailed information and guides for support.
Ticket Tracking and Updates – Easily track and manage support requests.
School and Trust-Level Access – Provide designated users with high-level access to tickets across your school or trust.

Your invoices will still come from turn IT on, and as turn IT on fully owns the School ICT brand there’ll be no change to your contractual terms.

We’ll be hosting a series of webinars to guide you through the new portal, share updates, and answer any questions you may have.
