We will be holding team and full company meetings on Friday 14th December. This means there will be reduced help desk cover between 10.00 – 12.00. If you need to use the help desk you can use any of the following methods
- By Phone. If your call drops to voicemail, please leave a message, we will be monitoring all voicemails. If your call is an emergency, we will call you back. Otherwise your call will be followed up immediately after the meeting. Please ensure that you leave your name, school name and a brief description of your call.
- By email. If you email your support issue to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org we will again respond immediately to emergencies. Non-emergencies will be followed up after the meeting.
- Via the customer portal. Again, we will respond immediately to emergencies. Non-emergencies will be followed up after the meeting.
