This is a reminder that you should be thinking about preparing for the new school year in your MIS system; the relevant documentation has been updated on the SICTS and TIO Customer Portals. Please forward this e-mail to any colleagues who may find it useful.

End of Year Consultancy Service
We offer a chargeable service where we can complete the end of year processes on behalf of the school, to save you time and stress. Please contact helpdesk@schoolicts.co.uk or log a call via our portal https://my.www.schoolicts.co.uk/ for more information.

Customer Support
We will be available to take calls throughout the summer term so please do not hesitate to call the help desk if you require support; SICTS 0345 222 6802 option 1, TIO 01865 597 620 option 2.  Alternatively, please log into the customer portal and log a ticket, detailing what you would like assistance with.  To help us resolve any issues as quickly as possible, please provide details of your issue/query when logging your ticket. You can also use the Live Chat function once logged into the SICTS customer portal.

Training is now available to book
We will be running End of Year training sessions on the following dates; please use the relevant link to book your place. If a course is full, please reach out and we can look to put on another date.
