We would like to remind you that you are of the upcoming deadline to submit Phonics data for Year 2 pupils who were not tested in the Summer 2021 whilst in Year 1.
We have put together an illustrated helpsheet (HS0158) to assist you with this data return. Please go to our customer portal https://my.schoolicts.co.uk/ to access a copy. The helpsheet can be found on the Knowledge Base under Categories and Key Stage. You will need to use the Year 1 Phonics Wizard for 2021 to input the data for current Year 2 pupils. If you don’t have a login for our website please contact the helpdesk on 0345 2226802.The threshold mark is 32.
You will need the Sims Autumn upgrade to give you the option to send the correct CTF. When creating your CTF you should see an option which says Phonics Test Results for Autumn Term 2021 for Screening Check only. If you cannot see the option you will still be on the Summer Release of SIMS please call the helpdesk on 0345 2226802 so that we can facilitate the upgrade to the Autumn Release.
Different Local Authorities may have a range of deadliness for return of the data to them. They should have contacted you to notify you what your deadline is for returning the data and how you will need to submit the data.
