When logging a new ticket, you’ll now see:

  • A pop-up showing related Knowledge Base articles based on the keywords you enter
  • New fields to select your MIS Type and MIS Module
  • A priority flag for ‘Ofsted in school’ tickets
  • Tips for writing tickets that get faster resolutions

Getting Started

If you haven’t logged in yet: click Create New User Account, complete your details and we’ll get it set up for you.

*MIS and Technical Customers* While your MIS and data support queries should now be logged via the School ICT Services Customer Portalall technical IT support requests should still be logged through the turn IT on portal.

Using the correct portal ensures your query reaches the right team quickly and avoids any delays in resolving your issue.

*IMPORTANT* From the 01/08/25 the turn IT on MIS customer portal resources will no longer to be updated so please ensure you are signed up to the School ICT portal for the latest guidance, updates and information.

*please note office@turniton.co.uk is no longer in use and support requests will NOT be picked up please use helpdesk@schoolicts.co.uk to log support requests going forward*
