Preparing for the new school year in your MIS

This is a reminder to staff that you should be thinking about preparing for the new school year in your MIS; the relevant documentation has been updated on the School ICT customer portal. 

If this is not your area of responsibility, can we please ask that this email is forwarded on to the relevant person in school.

Customer support  

We will be available to your take calls throughout the summer term so please do not hesitate to call the help desk if you require support, 0345 222 6802 option 1.  Alternatively, please log into the customer portal and log a ticket, detailing what you would like assistance with.  To help us resolve any issues as quickly as possible, please provide details of your issue/query when logging your ticket.  You can also use the Live Chat function once logged into the SICTS customer portal.

School ICT Customer Portal
If you don’t have a login for the SICTS customer portal, please click here and click ‘create a new user’.  Alternatively, contact us on 0345 2226802 and we will set you up.  If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a password reset on the website.

End of Year Consultancy Service 
We offer a chargeable service where we can complete the end of year processes on behalf of the school, to save you time and stress.  Please contact us on helpdesk@schoolicts.co.uk or log a ticket via our customer portal for more information.

Training is now available to book 

We will be running End of Year training sessions on the following dates; please use the relevant link to book your place.  If a course is full, please reach out and we can look to put on another date.
