Following on from the ongoing CTF issue in the Spring upgrade we can now confirm patch 24836 has been created to resolve this issue. This patch will need applying after the Spring release of SIMS and cannot be applied with it. We would however advise all schools who have imported CTF files since having the Spring release to check contact and address information to ensure this is accurate.
If School ICT services manage your upgrades we will apply the patch on your behalf. For those schools who apply their own upgrades you should see patch 24836 available via SOLUS3. If you cannot see the patch or are unsure please contact the helpdesk.
We will now continue to roll out the Spring 2019 upgrade following our usual procedure. Should you have any specific requirements please let us know ASAP.
