You are very unlikely to need Fileset 1404
You only need to even consider importing Fileset 1404 (when it is available) if you are receiving Query 1849 for a pupil who is NOT aged 3 or 4. Even if you are in that position, you might consider staying with Fileset 1403 as Query 1849 will not appear when you upload to COLLECT.
