Our help desk will be available as usual to support you with any issues that arise.

Tickets will be triaged based on the time they are received and the severity of the issue.
Early Morning Support on Results Days
To support schools during this key time, our consultants will be available from 7:00am to take email and portal queries with telephone lines opening at the usual 8:00am time, on the following dates:
- Wednesday 13 August 2025 – A Level Results Day
- Wednesday 20 August 2025 – GCSE Results Day
If you need support outside of our standard hours, please log your request via the Customer Portal, including:
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots (if available)
- Your contact details
Tickets will be triaged based on the time they are received and the severity of the issue.
