ESS Customer Portal

Dear Colleague,

We are aware that ESS have now released their new customer portal that all SIMS customers need to log into, to complete their contract data prior to 28th February. School ICT has already been asked by a number of our customers for support in completing this portal information as, at first glance, the options can look confusing.

If you would like any help or advice in completing the information then our colleagues will be happy to join a Microsoft Teams session or remote access session with you to guide you through the process and to answer any questions that you may have.
